Quotes are provided based on the information you share, such as volume of goods, distance and additional services. Final charges may vary if the actual requirements differ from those initially declared. We maintain transparent pricing with no hidden charges.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, declare any high-value or hazardous items, and ensure access to the pickup and delivery locations. Items prohibited by law must not be handed over for transport.

Insurance & Liability

Optional transit insurance is available and strongly recommended. Our liability is limited to the terms of the agreed service and any insurance coverage selected. Claims must be reported promptly with the required documentation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
